How long does it take for my items to ship?
Equus Gentry will always ship your items as quickly as possible- usually within one business day for in-stock items! If you request expedited shipping (one and two day air) be sure to submit your order by 11 a.m. PST so we can ship that same day.

If an item is not in stock, how long does it take for it to arrive?
Most of our products are on constant reorder, so if it isn't in stock today, it's probably already on its way to our store. Equus Gentry orders merchandise from all over the world, though, so sometimes it's hard to say how long a back-ordered item will take to arrive here and then arrive at your home. We know it is important to you and will definitely keep you posted!

Do you sell gift card online?

No. We do not sell gift cards online and do not currently have a gift card program.

Equus Gentry Consignment Policy
We admit we're pretty picky about what we carry in our store. Our customers trust us to recommend premier equestrian equipment items at the right price for the English Riding discipline or regardless of experience level. At this time we are not accepting consignment goods.

Our boutique is open: (excluding holidays)
Monday-Friday (10am - 4:30pm)
Saturday & Sunday By appointment

Are you open 365 days a year?
As much as we love servicing the equestrian community the boutique is not open everyday. We love to get outside and meet our customers at local and regional shows. Many weeks you can find our mobile boutique at Galway Downs in Temecula, The Oaks at Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park, Del Mar Horse Park and Del Mar Racetrack.

I bought something from your website. Can I return it to your store?
Sure! If you're in town for a visit or a show, you can definitely return a product to our store that you bought from our site. We would love for you to come in!
